About OFAA
OFAA is a unit of Orient Flights Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2015, OFAA operates in Mysore. The flight training at OFAA meets international standard in accordance with regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
Orient Flights Aviation Academy trains its student pilots with the latest advancements in technology and safety; a universal consideration in this profession. Courses
The Pilot Orientation Program is special course designed by Orient Flights Aviation Academy (OFAA), Mysore to enable students take the first step towards acquiring their Commercial Pilot License or Private Pilot License. This course has been designed as a first stage of acquiring PPL or CPL and pursuing their career in aviation. The hours flown by the student during this course would be counted towards their respective Pilot License Program.
Private Pilot License (PPL) is a 6-month course that includes 50 hours of flying. Trainee pilots are given training for DGCA Examinations in subjects like Air Regulations, Air Navigation, and Aviation Meteorology.

Commercial Pilot License with Instrument rating –CPL (IR/SE) This is a 24-month course with 200 total flying hours including solo flying, night flying and Instrument flying.
